Weight Management Program

At Revitalize Rx, we offer two options for our weight management program, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. On average you can expect to lose on average 5 or more pounds per month. Studies have shown that after 6 plus months, you can expect to see anywhere from 15-20% loss of your starting body weight.

$99 Consultation

To qualify, a consultation is required to ensure that you safely qualify for treatment for either Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for weight loss management. A BMI of 27 or higher is required, unless there is an additional co-morbidity such as high blood pressure. Some major contraindications include a family history of thyroid cancer or have any major issues with your pancreas, kidneys, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.

Upon consultation for treatment, we will inquire about your past weight-loss journey, current goals, BMI, and lifestyle changes that you must commit to in order to succeed.  After a complete consultation, if you choose to receive your first treatment the same day or pre-pay for your first month, your consultation fee will be waived.*

THe Process

Weekly weigh-ins and injections in the office are strongly suggested for at least the first four weeks  to ensure your dosage is appropriate and to help manage any adverse side effects you may have when beginning treatment. Once your first month is completed and your treatments were well tolerated, it is possible for you to be sent home with your pre-drawn doses of either medication with instructions on how to self-administer safely at home.

SEMAGLUTIDE & TIRZEPATIDE are both FDA approved for weight loss and work by stimulating production of insulin, slowing down the absorption of sugar into your body therefore better improving its ability to be converted into energy instead of fat. Both medications have similar mechanisms of action and will help suppress appetite and slow gastric emptying, which will make you feel fuller longer. Despite similarities, there are some key differences such as dosage, side effects and cost. The choice between the two medications will depend on important factors such as a patient's specific needs, weight loss goals, budget, lifestyle, medications, and medical history. Studies have shown that there may be less adverse side effects and more effective weight loss with the use of Tirzepatide due to a second hormone receptor GLP, while semaglutide offers only one GLP-1. Following each weekly injection, it is highly recommended to drink a lot of water and we always encourage you to incorporate a more active lifestyle and a balanced meal plan which is vital for successful weight loss.
