We understand that life happens and as a courtesy to our clients, we allow for one grace cancellation per client without a charge, which is noted in your client profile. Please understand that our service providers do not get paid if there is a cancellation and we ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours.

Safety​
POLICY

As a family-run medical spa, we prioritize the safety and relaxation of our clients and providers. We kindly request that our clients keep their little ones at home as our space is filled with sharp instruments, lasers, and potent chemical-based products. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms and our front-desk cannot be responsible for child-care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
