Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and as a courtesy to our clients, we allow for one grace cancellation per client without a charge, which is noted in your client profile. Please understand that our service providers do not get paid if there is a cancellation and we ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours.

When booking online or on the phone, a credit card is required to hold your appointment time and will only be charged in the event of a no call, no show or day of cancellation after your allotted grace appointment. Our booking system sends text/email reminders of your upcoming appointment as well as an option to confirm, cancel, or change your appointment before the 24 hour period. Unfortunately because this has been an ongoing issue, we have to strictly enforce this new policy and a flat fee of $150 per service will be charged, regardless of the service booked. If payment is not received or there is no card on file to charge, any future bookings will be not be allowed.
